The founder and key shareholder of Tinkoff Bank Oleg Tinkov plans to raise his stake in TCS Group Holding, which owns the bank, by buying global depositary receipts (GDRs) for up to U.S. $30 million, the holding said in a statement on Monday.
“TCS Group Holding got to know that the owner of the controlling stake of the group Oleg Tinkov plans to raise his stake in it. He plans to acquire GDRs for up to $30 million,” Tinkov said.
