Russian fertilizer producer EuroChem is placing 4-year dollar-denominated Eurobonds with a yield guidance of around 4.375%, a banking source told PRIME on Tuesday.
EuroChem held a road show of dollar-denominated Eurobonds in Switzerland and the U.K. on June 15–19. Citi, J.P. Morgan, Credit Agricole CIB, Sberbank CIB, SG CIB, and UniCredit act as organizers.
The company said earlier it will offer Eurobonds worth up to U.S. $600 million
