MCIB Bank finishes selling 1m Series C01 bonds

MCIB Bank finished placing 1 million Series C01 bonds on March 10, according to the issuer.

As reported earlier, indicative rate of the first coupon is 14.5% per annum (YTM – 15.03% per annum). Rates of the coupons 2-13 are equal to the first coupon rate. No offer is provided.

SovcomBank is the arranger of placement. MCIB Bank is the placement agent. It is planned to obtain permission of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation to recognize the bond loan as subordinated one.

Volume of the issue is 1 million bonds with par value of 1,000 rubles. Maturity period is 6 years 7 months (2,366 days). Securities are placed by public subscription. Placing price is 100% of nominal value.

The bonds are included into the Third listing level on MOEX. State registration number – 40103329B from January 31, 2017.
