|MOSCOW (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 5, 2008--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it affirmed its 'CCC+' long-term and 'C' short-term counterparty credit ratings on Russian Investment Bank CIT Finance (CIT). The ratings were subsequently withdrawn at the bank's request. At the same time, the ratings on CIT's two outstanding issues of senior unsecured ruble-denominated bonds (Russian ruble (RUB) 2 billion bond due March 23, 2010, and RUB2 billion callable bond due Dec. 18, 2008) were affirmed and then also withdrawn. |
"As a result of the withdrawal, CIT will no longer be subject to Standard & Poor's review," said Standard & Poor's credit analyst Elena Romanova.
